1982 Burma Citizenship Act and UN’s Quintana!

16 February this year when that pro-Muslim Tomas Quintana (the UN Special Envoy
on human rights in Myanmar) strongly –
and inappropriately by interfering with a sovereign state’s domestic affairs -
